This Life Insurance program can provide up to $402,000.00 in coverage to Members and their spouses. With 6 plans to choose from, it offers flexibility for any budget. Premiums do not increase with age. Spouses may be covered for benefits without necessity of the member being covered.
All plans include an additional increase in benefits for Accidental Death and Dismemberment. Optional Family Coverage is available and gives $5,000.00 worth of coverage to all dependent children (6 months to 23 years) and spouse for $1 a month. New employees can receive Plan 1 Guarantee Issue (no health questions) if enrolled for within the first 120 days of active employment.
