Our non-integrated/coordinated disability policies make for easy claims processing because the company doesn’t need information from the district regarding employees other benefits (sick leave, substitute differential, etc…). The Company also does not need to know about work days (on-track/off-track, summer vacation, etc…) because the plans pay 12 months, 365 days a year.
