These plans are designed to help provide replacement income when members are sick or injured away from the job.  Our plans are unique because they pay 100% full benefits in addition to sick leave, Substitute differential pay, extended sick leave, STRS/PERS disability benefits, and other disability plans.  Most other disability plans integrate, coordinate, or reduce benefits by other income.  Our plans also pay benefits 12 months, 365 days a year including summer vacation, off-track time, holidays, and weekends.  Most other plans pay only for scheduled working days.

Because everyone's need for disability income insurance differs, our customers tailor-make their own personal coverage.  Our programs offer a choice of monthly benefits, when they kick in, and how long benefits are paid.
