The First Plan

This Life Insurance program can provide up to $402,000.00 in term life coverage to members and their spouses. With 6 plans to choose from, it offers flexibility for any budget. Premiums do not increase with age. Spouses may be covered for benefits without necessity of the member being covered.

All plans include an additional increase in benefits for Accidental Death and Dismemberment. Optional Family Coverage is available and gives $5,000.00 worth of coverage to all dependent children (6 months to 23 years) and spouse for $1 a month. New employees can receive Plan 1 Guarantee Issue (no health questions) if enrolled for within the first 120 days of active employment. Limitations and exclusions apply. The Second Plan

This Plan can provide up to $238,000.00 of term life insurance for members and their spouses. Spouses can apply for coverage without necessity of employee applying. This coverage is ideal for employees who are looking to cover their spouses for a larger amount than themselves. All unmarried dependent children (6 months to 25 years) can obtain $2,500.00 to $10,000.00 of coverage. New employees can receive 1 Unit of coverage Guarantee Issue (no health questions) if applied for within the first 120 days of employment. Limitations and exclusions apply.
