Pacific Educators’ staff performs full service administrative functions.  Our long and special relationships with our insurance carriers enable us to provide our customers with the first class service they deserve.

It seems that many companies today have gotten so big that it becomes very frustrating just trying to get basic information.  We at Pacific Educators believe in good old-fashioned customer service.  In other words, when you call us with questions or concerns, you’ll receive prompt human attention, not the voice mail run-around.

Easy Administration
At Pacific Educators, we realize that there are many ways to accomplish a task.  That’s why we have developed the flexibility to meet each school districts individual needs.

We offer payment options, including payroll deduction and/or directly billing the insured.  We keep district administration to a minimum by providing one payroll deduction bill for all of our products (excluding auto and home). See Products.....

Our non-integrated/coordinated disability policies make for easy claims processing because the company doesn’t need information from the district regarding employees other benefits (sick leave, substitute differential, etc…).  The Company also does not need to know about work days (on-track/off-track, summer vacation, etc…) because the plans pay 12 months, 365 days a year.

Who Can Participate
All school or school district employees who work more than 20 hours a week are eligible to apply for our programs. There are no other requirements.

Who Does Participate
Over 280 California School Districts provide payroll deduction for our plans.  We will be happy to furnish further references.
